The tool says my link is invalid
Copy the full address of the presentation page from your browser, starting with https://www.slideshare.net/. Profile pages, search pages, shortened links and links that begin with m.slideshare.net are not accepted — replace “m.” with “www.” and try again.
The slides look blurry
Free Slideshare always uses the largest slide images Slideshare offers for that deck. If the author uploaded low-resolution slides, the download reflects that — we can't add detail that isn't in the source.
The download is slow or stops
Very long decks take longer to assemble, so give it up to a minute. Keep the page open while the button shows its progress message. If it fails, refresh the page, fetch the slides again and retry on a stable connection.
How do I report a bug?
Send us the Slideshare link, the format you chose (PDF or PPT), the exact error message, and your device and browser. Those four details let us reproduce the problem quickly.
